Made from century-old Carignan vines rooted in the schist of the Hautes-Corbières, Versicolore embodies the soul of Domaine Balansa , founded in 2017 by Céline Peyre and Alexandre Gressent . Vinified using carbonic maceration, aged in barrels, then bottled without fining or filtration, this wine impresses with its precision , its velvety texture and its remarkable balance between power, freshness and finesse.
