The customer is solely responsible for paying the sums claimed by the customs authorities or by the carrier acting on their behalf to allow customs clearance and delivery of the goods.

In the event of the customer's refusal to pay these fees, the package may be blocked, returned to the sender, or destroyed in accordance with the procedures of the carrier and the competent authorities.

Any return, storage, destruction, or processing costs charged to Laboxavin may be deducted from any potential refund.

Laboxavin cannot be held responsible for delays, delivery refusals, or additional costs resulting from the customs formalities applicable in the destination country.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned:

  • complete;
  • unopened;
  • in their original condition;
  • in their original packaging.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise provided by law.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after receipt and verification of the returned products.

9. Legal Guarantees
