🌿 Terroir & Vinification :

Produced from clay-limestone soils with rolled pebbles typical of Ventoux, this wine is made from grapes harvested manually at optimal ripeness. The Grenache Blanc is fermented for 4 weeks at 16/18°C, then aged in new 228-liter barrels for 5 months. The Clairette and Roussanne grape varieties are vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve the wine's freshness and delicate aromas.
