Domaine Coste Moynier 's Tradition , certified organic, embodies the quintessence of the terroirs of Saint -Christol , one of the emblematic villages of the Languedoc appellation. Made from a traditional blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan , this wine combines power and finesse, while paying homage to the richness of the terroir and the ecological commitment of the estate.

🍇 Vinification & Aging:

• The grape varieties are harvested and vinified separately , at their optimum maturity.

• Controlled extraction thanks to successive mechanical pumping over and punching down

• Long maceration under the marc cap after fermentation, with regular racking throughout the following year

• Color: Deep plum red, very bright

• Nose: Black and jammy fruits, sweet spices — an intense bouquet, reflecting the Villafranchian terroir

• Palate: Supple and smooth, well-structured, sophisticated and balanced tannins
