A 100% Gamay natural red wine, produced from a conservatory of 31 varieties cultivated biodynamically by Cyril Alonso in Marchampt. Produced without additives or sulfites, this wine delights with its purity, freshness, and energy.

🌿 Terroir & Viticulture:

• Region : Marchampt, Beaujolais vert – granite terroirs and forests classified as LPO refuge .

• Soils : poor granite, very draining.

• Viticulture : organic, agroforestry, conservation of 140 grape varieties, manual harvesting, free-run juice pressing, natural fermentation without additives.

🍷 Vinification & Aging:

• Cold carbonic maceration: wine produced only from free-run juice, fermented in whole bunches.

• Aged in fiberglass tanks, without filtration, little or no sulfur added.

👁️ Sensory profile:

• Nose : fruity clarity, citrus, kirsch cherry, candied clementine, absence of aggressive phenols.

• Palate : refreshing, tangy, soft tannins, light structure, beautiful saline mineral tension — stimulating floral and tangy notes.
