Floréal is a new-generation grape variety resulting from a cross aimed at naturally strengthening disease resistance. This characteristic allows Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles to significantly limit interventions in the vineyard and to continue its environmental approach.
The vines are planted on silt and clay soils. The grapes are harvested manually with sorting of the harvest, then vinified through spontaneous fermentations before aging for six months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then bottled without fining or filtration to preserve its authenticity.
