A signature cuvée from the Usseglio estate, 100% Grenache noir from ~70-year-old vines on two terroirs (sand to the East and rolled pebbles to the West of the Rhône), certified organic, Demeter biodynamic , vinified in amphorae for a pure and elegant expression.

🍶 Vinification & Aging:

• Fermentation with indigenous yeasts , without settling, in “Drunk Turtle” type amphorae made of To-scane clay, providing gentle oxygenation and natural stirring of the lees.

• Bottled without filtration , expresses the vitality and minerality of the terroir.

• Eye : Deep ruby red, clear & brilliant.

• Nose : Intense aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberry with spicy touches & floral elegance.

• Palate : Velvety on the palate with supple tannins, enveloping, fruity generosity & long, complex finish on spices — pure Grenache dedicated to pleasure.
