🌿 Commitment and Terroir:
The Éric Chevalier estate is located in Saint-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu, south of Nantes. The vines are cultivated organically on soils composed of metamorphic rocks, rolled schist, and flint, which bring freshness and finesse to the wines.
The grapes are harvested manually with sorting. Whole clusters undergo natural maceration for about fifteen days before a short aging in stainless steel tanks, preserving all the purity of the fruit. Vinification is carried out with minimal intervention to maintain the identity of the terroir and grape varieties.
