An organic and biodynamic white wine from the Hautes Corbières terroir: a mineral and fresh blend, ideal for awakening the senses.

• Grape varieties : Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris (~45%), supplemented by Carignan Blanc, Carignan Gris, Rolle – and often a little Vermentino/Blanquette.

🌿 Terroir & Viticulture:

• Soils : Schist and clay-limestone, Hautes Corbières massifs.

• Viticulture : Certified organic & biodynamic (since around 2019), worked soils, grass cover, no inputs.

🍇 Vinification & Aging:

• Hand-picked in crates (13 kg), stored for 3 days at 5°C.

• Direct pressing, open cage pneumatic press.

• Aged for 6 months in concrete and stainless steel tanks, no fining or filtration, very low SO₂.

• Color : Clear pale yellow.

• Nose : Floral, white fruits (pear, peach), fresh citrus, wild herbs, saline mineral touch.

• Palate : Round, fresh, soft tannins (due to Rolle/Gris), nice acidity, lemony/mineral finish, elegant & balanced.
