🌿 Commitment and Terroir:

Le Fief Noir is located in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay, in the heart of Anjou Noir. The estate cultivates its vines organically with particular attention to the schist soils that form the identity of the region.

The grapes are hand-harvested with several sorting passes to keep only perfectly healthy bunches. After delicate pressing, fermentations are carried out naturally, then the wine is aged for twelve months to develop its complexity and depth.

This cuvée perfectly illustrates the estate's philosophy: to produce characterful Chenins capable of combining richness, tension, and emotion.
