• Grape variety : 100% Grenache noir, offering a rich and pure expression of this classic Languedoc grape variety.
• Vintage : 2022 best harvest years, often selected for their optimal climatic balance, which allows ideal maturation and intense expression of the terroir.
• Vinification : The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand. Winemaking follows traditional methods with prolonged maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit, followed by aging in oak barrels which adds complexity.
