The Rosé Wine “Fonjoya Jambe de Chien” illustrates the grace and finesse of the rosés from the Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert IGP. Named after a local legend, this wine is deeply rooted in the unique terroir of this Languedoc region, famous for its expressive and balanced wines.

- Origin : Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Languedoc, France. Known for its clay-limestone soil which enriches the wine with a distinctive minerality and aromatic complexity.
- Grape variety : Grenache noir, perfectly adapted to the Mediterranean climate of the region and known for producing rosés that are both structured and aromatic.
- Vintage : 2020, a year which favored the optimal expression of Grenache, offering exceptional quality and well-defined aromas.
- Vinification : Harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness, the grapes undergo short skin maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve the delicate aromas and liveliness of the fruit.
