Mouth : Simplicity in the mouth. Dense, rhythmic and persistent. Syrah blended with Grenache, a contribution of wood. A full-bodied wine with well-melted tannins, aromas of cherry and blackcurrant, marked on the finish by the toasted notes of the aging process.
Pairing : Ideal with red meats, spicy dishes or game.
Aging potential : Drink or keep for 2 to 4 years.
