Produced from clay-limestone soils typical of Ventoux, this wine is made from grapes harvested manually at optimal ripeness. Maceration is carried out at controlled temperatures to preserve the wine's freshness and aromas. Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels to enrich its structure and complexity, while the remainder is aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.
