This organic wine, from a unique clay-limestone terroir dominated by ferruginous gravel, offers a balanced expression between fruity intensity and mineral freshness.

🌱 Vinification & Aging:

• Destemmed, uncrushed harvest

• Fermentation without added sulfur, in concrete vats, with 8 days of gentle maceration (controlled extraction to preserve the fruit)

• Aged only in concrete vats, no fining, light filtration before bottling.
