🌿 Terroir and expertise:
In the heart of Pic Saint-Loup, Domaine Clavel cultivates its vines using organic farming, with particular attention paid to soil health and biodiversity.
The Bonne Pioche cuvée comes from hand-harvested grapes that are carefully selected. After full destemming, the grape varieties are vinified separately in concrete tanks, with four to five weeks of maceration and gentle extraction.
14 months of aging in old foudres and ovoid concrete tanks adds depth and complexity while preserving the expression of the terroir and the finesse of the fruit.
