• Vinification & aging : Manual harvest, total destemming, slow fermentation (~3 weeks) in concrete vats, aging 14–16 months in tuns and concrete vats (unfiltered).

👁️ Wine profile:

• Eye : Deep red, purple and luminous.

• Nose : Rich in ripe black fruits (blackberry, cherry), fruit jelly, garrigue, liquorice, sweet spices and hints of smoke/tobacco.

• Palate : Full and velvety, warm and melted tannins, long and powerful finish on black fruits, spices, aromatic herbs and light minerality.
