Technical information: Billecart Salmon Vintage Champagne is produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from vineyards classified as Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs region. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for 6 to 8 years before being disgorged by hand. The dosage is low, which allows the wine to retain all its freshness and purity.
